At Creamone, we take the health and safety of our customers seriously. Please be advised that our cakes are prepared with some Allergens ingredients.

Our cakes may contain or come into contact with:

• Tree Nuts: Including Hazelnuts, Walnuts, Pistachios, and Almonds.
• Peanuts
• Dairy: Milk, Cream, and Butter.
• Gluten: Wheat flour.
• Eggs.

While we follow strict hygiene protocols as per Dubai Municipality Standards, we cannot guarantee that any item is 100% free from traces of these allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact our team before placing an order to make sure your cakes are free from Allergens.

To achieve our signature creative designs, some of our cakes utilize structural or decorative elements that are not edible.

Please inspect your cake and remove the following before consumption:

1. Support Structures: Wooden toothpicks, skewers, or plastic dowels used to stabilize tiered cakes or figurines.
2. Decorative Elements: Thermocol (polystyrene) balls, acrylic toppers, floral wires, and ribbons.
3. Fresh Flowers: If applicable, please note that some flowers are for decoration only and should not be eaten.
